Over the years, our portfolio has developed to offer fantastic one stop option for Chefs and Contract catering managers, enabling them to select between more traditional products in addition to contemporary lines which we constantly evaluate and add to our range.
We are renowned for the quality of our products and are the first choice for many catering outlets offering patisserie options within the foodservice industry.
Due to our continued and expansion within foodservice, we are seeking to add to our team to support further growth.



THE ROLE:

This position is newly created role with full responsibility to manage our Bakery wholesale channel.
You will be responsible for 7-10 Main accounts, with a turnover of circa £10 Million pounds.
The initial focus will be to maintain and develop listings at Head Buyer/Buyer level, but you will also be responsible for networking these accounts on a depot/regional level to influence account spend.
This will involve investing time promoting the range with Field Sales and Telesales departments at depot level.
You will have full responsibility for negotiating pricings and listings and will also work closely with marketing re product development and promotions.


THE APPLICANT
The successful candidate will be a National Accounts Manager with experience within the UK bakery wholesale sector.
• Candidates must have worked in either sales to the Foodservice bakery wholesale channel or at a Senior level within Bakery wholesale.
• Candidates must have a proven track record in sales at Head Buyer and Buyer level.
• Candidates must have a passion for bakery ingredients and a strong understanding of the UK bakery network.
• Candidates must be effective team players and have a proven track record of achieving targets at National Accounts level.
