THE COMPANY:

Established for over 100 years, we are one of the UK market leaders in baking and cake decoration products.
We are proud to hold a royal warrant for our product range and to also have a strong presence across Europe.
Over the years, our portfolio has developed to offer fantastic one stop option for Chefs and Contract catering managers, enabling them to select between more traditional products in addition to contemporary lines which we constantly evaluate and add to our range.
We are renowned for the quality of our products and are the first choice for many catering outlets offering patisserie options within the foodservice industry.
Due to our continued and expansion within foodservice, we are seeking to add to our team to support further growth.



THE ROLE:

This position involves sales of our product range into the Foodservice channel.
You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our key, National and Regional wholesale partners, in addition to developing business with key Foodservice end users.
These end users cross all areas of Foodservice, both profit and cost sector, including Contract Caterers, Pub Groups, Restaurants Groups, Leisure, Healthcare and Education.

THE APPLICANT

We are looking to attract ambitious candidates with a drive to develop a growing division at National Accounts Level.
• Candidates must have a proven track record within National Accounts within the Foodservice sector.
• Experience selling into major, National Foodservice end users is of particular interest.
• Candidates with experience working for a Foodservice manufacturer is also advantageous.
• Candidates must have experience at developing relationships at Head Buyer / Buyer level.
• Candidates must be target driven and thorough individual, who are also effective team players.
