My client now has a vacancy for an Engagement Manager to join their global senior leadership team, based in Sunderland.

Description

As Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering the Internal Engagement Strategy, implementing this globally across all areas of the business to drive and embed a solid and thorough understanding of the companies operational agenda. You will drive the strategy through marketing comms, intranet, internal social networks, presentations and event creation and management.

You will be a part of the global senior leadership team and an engagement entrepreneur with the end goal of creating a digitally connected, colleague-obsessed capability where the best of existing and emerging technologies and method are optimised to both inform and capture the voice of our c.4000 employees.

Profile

The successful Engagement Manager will have the following demonstrable skills:


  • Senior internal communications & engagement experience within a multi-site large corporate organisation is essential.
  • Senior event design and management experience is essential.


  • Experienced working in a results driven, commercial or outsourced environment.


  • Significant experience in project life cycle including stakeholder management, organisation communications, management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and report back to senior executive level.


  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills, technical expertise.


  • Proven track record in creating, development and managing successful behavioural and attitudinal change initiatives.


  • Project Management experience including clear examples of stakeholder management, organisations communications management and influencing skills.


Job Offer

Basic salary up to £65k DOE + full corporate benefits package.
