Our client is one of the market leaders within the Fresh Produce industry, and due to continued expansions within their business, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of a National Account Manager.

Reporting in to the Business Unit Manager, ideally you will be experienced in handling the multiple grocer accounts with fresh produce on a daily basis in a responsive and professional manner. You will be tasked with fully understanding the category by developing an insight in to the numbers and the strategic intent of the customers. This customer relationship will need to be managed and upheld whilst simultaneously promoting growth via sales.

As it is such a demanding product area, you will be highly involved in planning and forecasting, developing new product development strategies and revolving any supply issues with customers to both maintain and increase profit margins to help see this business develop further.

In order to maximise the potential of the product categories and the accounts we need candidates to be self-motivated, creative in thinking and pragmatic in their approach. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication, time management and organisational competencies. Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience with retailers in the fresh produce industry.

This package includes a generous basic and performance driven bonus.
