The Organisation
An established FMCG business has an exciting new opportunity for a National Account Manager to work within a luxury and chic Food company. Over the years, the company has never failed to produce exciting new products and has recently entered a new phase of growth; which means more expansion!
The position requires 3 days to be in the office.
The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Build strong cross functional relationships across JS/Morrison's/Coop & Asda
- Work cross functionally with category management, merchandising, pricing and promotions.
- Report annual sales and margin budgets monthly
- Develop annual business growth/ sales & gross margin account plans in line with strategic goals.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure 98.5%+ service levels.
- Develop growth plans which include promotions and distribution targets & delivery plan
The Person
- Proven experience as NAM in the grocery channel
- Knowledge ideally of mixed branded/own label food or non-food
- Analytical and numerically astute
- Confident, flexible and an eye for detail
- Results and target orientated
