In this role you will learn and develop the skills to become a successful recruitment consultant in the future. You will benefit from a full-time in house training department, coupled with a digital Learning Management System (LMS). As a result you will have all the support needed to quickly develop into a successful recruiter. Initially your role will be to support our existing team of consultants and in the process learn key elements of the role so that you can progress into a full consultant role in the future. Your involvement in successful recruitment campaigns will be rewarded through our industry leading commission and bonus scheme.

Reporting into the Business Manager of the Food Team, your key duties will include:

  • Deal with both candidate and customer enquiries over the telephone
  • Research information on target clients and securing contact details of decision making contacts
  • Use online “job-boards” to identify candidates
  • Utilise our in-house database to identify and approach candidates
  • Identify new candidates and attract them via “headhunting” techniques
  • Interview candidates in person and over the telephone
  • Carry out business development activities
  • Meet key customers
