Title: Supply Chain Analyst – FMCG – Global Brands

Location: Luton

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Our Global FMCG client is offering a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking their next role in the Supply Chain sector. Home to some of the UK’s most iconic and heritage food brands, this company has some exciting plans ahead and is currently investing heavily across all areas of the business.

This Supply Chain Analyst role is perfect if you are looking for your second or third role within Supply Chain. You will have at least 12 months experience working for an FMCG / Food Manufacturing business within Demand Planning / Supply Chain. You will gain invaluable exposure working with one the biggest FMCG businesses in the UK across some of the world’s biggest brands. You will gather strong commercial acumen, product / process understanding and customer insight whilst in this role. You will be expected to work collaboratively to improve in-store availability which will inevitably increase sales, Promotional & Seasonal forecasting and have a clear understanding of all products. Reporting into the Demand Planning & Supply Chain Manager you be guided and supported in your role whilst making recommendations to the team through your knowledge in role.

Role Requirements/Experience:

  • 12 months+ FMCG & Food Manufacturing experience.
  • Demand Planning / Supply Chain understanding.
  • Data experience, ideally SAP or Oracle.
  • Forecasting experience.
  • Analysis and presentation experience.
  • NPD launch understanding.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Ideally degree educated – not essential.
  • Willing to travel to different sites.
