Group Internet Sales Manager

Toolbank is the UK and Ireland’s leading distributor of tools and hardware products to the trade, retail and garden markets. We are seeking a dynamic individual to continue the development of our online sales, which will include responsibility for our B2B website and other electronic customer services.

This role will involve time spent at our head office in Dartford as well as travel and time spent at our regional branches, divisions and customers across the UK and Ireland.  

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven record of success in sales, possess excellent IT skills and have a first class knowledge of e-commerce in all its forms. He/she must be commercially minded, a strategic thinker and a respected leader and will be required to work closely with the other Toolbank managers and divisions to ensure that the company systems are developed in line with operational requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing and promoting the company’s online offering
  • Working closely with the IT team to develop the B2B and associated websites and initiatives
  • Identifying new markets and electronic sales opportunities
  • Presenting and selling Toolbank’s electronic services
