Commercial Manager - Leading Chilled Food Manufacturer
Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a leading private label chilled food manufacturer based in the North West.
Operating out of the North West, this national food manufacturer places significant emphasis on its relationship with its customers and quality of product and service. Built upon a significant heritage, our client is a category leader who place themselves at the forefront of the chilled food market within the UK.
Due to a recent internal promotion, the business now has a requirement for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their retail multiple team. You will be immediately responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with a key Top 5 grocery account - tasked with further driving the profitability, category share & growth of the business. You will be leading from the front with the customer to cement your relationship as a true category partner.
Forming a key part of the exisiting commercial team, you will be viewed as a focal point of expertise both internally & with your customer. It is therefore that all candidates present:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a National Account Management role, within a high-paced food category such as fresh/chilled/bakery
- Experience of managing a Top 5 multiple retailer
You will be responsible for a complex customer & big numbers, so you will not be shy of a challenge. However, you will also be performing a role which is highly rewarding, fast-paced & ever changing in one of the UK's most exciting & innovative categories.
