Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Commercial Executive within one of the fastest growing food businesses in the UK.

The Business

Our client operates as the UK’s leading manufacturer within their category. In recent years they have experienced a rapid period of expansion & growth, leading them to developing an expanded commercial team which requires supplementing further. In particular, the business has grown strongly alongside Co-op, and thus now requires additional support as the development of the account continues.

The Role

Sitting within the businesses commercial team, you will be responsible for day-today interaction the retailer. You will be tasked with supporting the Senior National Account Manager with all aspects of the account, including ranging, joint business & account planning, forecasting, category analysis & NPD/innovation launches.

Secondary to this, you will be responsible & accountable for your own category within the retailer, taking control of the buyer relationship in order to enhance your commercial understanding, experience & skillset.

The Individual

You will currently be a National Account Executive, Category Executive or Supply Chain Executive within an FMCG business, presenting experience of dealing with UK retailers. You will present excellent commercial acumen and analysis skills and be craving the opportunity to make the next step in your career and take real accountability for your customer, rather than just being stuck behind a desk.
