Head of Marketing | Looking to be a big fish in a smaller pond?
Our client is a global category leader with huge ambitions and little presence in the UK. They have become leaders in their chosen field of FMCG through creating fantastic products that consumers have come to respect and love globally. But the shopper is not aware of their UK presence.
To enable the successful delivery of a UK launch, re-brand and product enablement, this dynamic SME now requires to appoint an individual to lead the marketing function both strategically, tactically and functionally. With a small team, you will as part of the SLT create the marketing path that will enable commercial fulfilment over the next 3-5 years.
Ideally you will have done everything. All adverts these days asks for that, however the most important thing is passion and personality fit to integrate with the rest of a team that are working smartly to take a business forward and grow in a busy marketing environment.
