It seems the nation is on a health kick. People are exercising more and we keep finding new and innovative ways to get fit and stay healthy. But let's not forget the basics - eat your greens!!! The demand for fresh produce is as great as ever. The desire to consume a product with the least possible time from field to fork is increasing.

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious sales person to join a truly forward thinking and Fresh Produce business as a Commercial Executive or Junior Commercial Manager.

This family run business, whose fresh products include everything from Cauliflower to broccoli, garlic, potatoes (if it grows in a field and you can eat it then they sell it!) and an extensive value added range, are actively seeking multiple Commercial Executives to support the current Commercial Management team.

The roles involve working closely alongside the Management team to support the extensive customer base within Grocery, Wholesale, Foodservice, Food Manufacturing. You will build strong, lasting relationships with the wider team within NPD, Procurement and Supply Chain.

These newly created positions will give any ambitious foodie great exposure to key decision makers within top level candidates, offering the opportunity to nurture your relationship and negotiation skills! This is essentially a supporting role with the chance to develop quickly into a Commercial Management role with full P&L responsibility of your own account base.

These positions are best suited to somebody with 12-24 months' experience working within an existing FMCG business.

It is essential that you are based in the East Midlands/Lincolnshire or be willing to relocate to the region. Sorry, no flexibility on this!!

In return you will receive a base salary of £25000- 35000 dependent on experience along with a company commission/bonus structure, car allowance and flexible benefits.
