Senior Product Development Manager:  Developing the Product Innovation pipeline across the broad Health & Personal Care categories, this challenging role is both about delivery and strategy! Along with NPD the role also focussing on category architecture reinvention, maximising brand opportunities at a time of ambitious category growth.

Working closely with Consumer Insights and Planning you’ll develop deep understanding of both consumer & the Health & Personal Care categories.  Developing line ups to hit trends and meet the needs of consumers.  Leading a robust team of Brand Managers to create winning brand-building marketing plans, including pricing and promotional guides, strong leadership and operational line management is a must.

A proven track record of Product Development & Packaging Design is therefore essential to success in this senior role.  Healthcare/ Personal Care/ Toiletries sector experience is of high importance.  Based in the Midlands there will also be some travel to London.
