We have a Pharmacy Representative vacancy open, covering the North Territory, so open to candidates who are located between Lancashire and North Tyneside.
In this role you will be managing a portfolio of existing accounts within the retail pharmacy stores where you have autonomy to make decisions with regards to how the store optimise on and off shelf displays of Over the Counter (OTC) brands, consistent with sales cycle objectives/priorities.
Part of your key responsibilities is to educate and train the pharmacy/store staff, giving you the opportunity to develop and improve your coaching skills.
It's all about ensuring you have a positive relationship with pharmacy customers to promote the recommendation of Perrigo products and services to achieve overall sales target, and effectively manage the territory budget.
Our ideal candidate will already have sales experience within the pharmaceutical/FMCG industry with experience of the pharmacy channel being an advantage, but not a show stopper.
We need someone with the ability to undertake data analysis of sales data and implement measures to grow business and continue to achieve targets, and continue to improve the bottom line.
This region needs someone with strong customer relationships skills, with genuine interpersonal savvy, meaning you need to be able to relate well to all kinds of people, inside and outside of the organisation using diplomacy and tact.
