This progressive business need an ambitious National Account Executive looking to develop themselves and wanting to make the move into their first whole national accounts position.  You must have some experience of retail national accounts and a strong commercial understanding.

Junior National Account Manager - Wholesale & Specialist

Home Based - Covering the UK

  • £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary

If you are a National Account Executive waiting for the opportunity to step up and develop into national accounts this is a brilliant chance to move into a role where you will have responsibility for your own accounts, working with top notch international brands in the DIY Sector. 

As the Junior National Account Manager, your role will cover: 

Planning

  • Working with your customers and senior management team to create a Strategic Customer Account Plan.
  • Develop, agree and execute annual Joint Business Plans with your senior line manager and accounts to deliver the agreed business growth.
  • Creating robust and accurate forecasting plans.
  • Working closely internal key stakeholders to make sure agreements are aligned.

 Distribution & Visibility

  • Development and introduction of NPD to your accounts.
  • Be constantly looking for additional opportunities over and above the plan.

Sales Development 

  • To achieve net sales, profit and market share targets as agreed account plans.
  • Responsible for evaluating all promotional activity.
  • Constantly looking to overachieve by demonstrating a proactive approach to business development.
  • Fully embrace and deliver against the company principals.
