Our client is a leading Beauty Company producing instantly recognisable brands across the globe and the business is looking to appoint a Senior Brand Manager! This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a beauty company with a portfolio of leading brands!
The Role
·Develop and execute the brand strategy for UK&I
·Identify and drive opportunities to grow the brand portfolio
·Lead and provide direction to cross functional teams
·Track and record market performance
·Consumer insights to understand all competitor activity to develop and protect the brands.
·P&L ownership and 1 direct report.
The Person
·Of graduate calibre with minimum 5 years FMCG/Beauty experience.
·Ideally a Senior Brand Manager or Brand Manager in a FMCG/Beauty company
·Creative and commercial astute
·Experience with retailers
·Experience of all marketing communications mix (TV, Press, PR, Promotions)
·Excellent communicator with ability to influence with a logical argument
This role is London based
