The National Accounts Manager role:

You will inherit a portfolio of established and prospect accounts in the convenience, discounter and grocery channels and be tasked with:

Managing the national accounts portfolio to maximise sales revenue

Develop and build relationships with existing and new accounts

Achieve listings and implement promotions to achieve joint business plans

Implement strong communication systems with all stake holders

Provide detailed customer analysis including sales forecasts and weekly financial updates

Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure the delivery of your own and the wider team’s objectives

The National Accounts Manager profile:

Suitable candidates for this role will have the following profile:

Based in a central Uk location and able to travel to company and customer offices as required

A proven track record of success as a Key Accounts Manager or a National Accounts Manager

Experience of own label or private label supply contracts

Experience dealing with grocery, discounter or convenience channels

Analytical and data driven

Intelligent, articulate and IT literate.
