This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast growing, entrepreneurial whisky distillery based in Scotland. With a fantastic range of award winning Single Malt and Blended Whisky the business has been going from strength to strength – developing the presence of their brands not only in the UK but on a global scale! Due to the expansion of their portfolio and the rapid increase in demand they now require a talented Brand Manager to help continue driving their success.

As Brand Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing brand strategy and annual plans
• Working closely with the distilling and NPD teams to develop new blends and expressions
• Managing relationships with external agencies such as PR / Design
• Writing regional market plans for domestic and international markets
• Taking ownership of communication, awareness and advocacy
• Leading the online, social and digital content for the brands
• Development of sales toolkits
• Organising and managing events and sponsorships

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have a knowledge and passion for the Scotch Whisky industry. It is also important that you have relevant FMCG marketing experience. This role would be perfect for either an aspirational Assistant Brand Manager looking to make the next step in their career, or an experienced Brand Manager looking to work in a company that will allow them greater autonomy and ownership. The ideal candidate will also be enthusiastic and driven with excellent communication skills. The role will require an element of international travel so it is important you are able to accommodate this.
