Sales Manager - Indonesia - Global Food Manufacturer

My client are a leading food manufacturer in their field who has seen consistent growth, who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to be based in Indonesia.

The Role:

• Maintain relationship with current customers
• Manage current customers to develop sales & manage day to day issues
• Manage distributors and propose optimised Route to Market
• Define priority prospects customers aligned to Categories
• Visit prospect customers and follow up to open new ones
• Coordinate execution for Regional/Global key accounts
• Propose Pricing strategy to Category Managers
• Manage sales forecasts & Sales reporting for allocated perimeter

The Candidate:

• 5 years experience in Sales
• Advanced English level - fluent Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to be able to work alone
• A technical background in food is advantageous
• Ability to communicate to local & international customers
• Good negotiation skills & ability to coordinate activities in order to deliver the promise to customers
