Trade Category Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FMCG / Market Research professional to join this premium consumer brand as a Trade Category Executive.

Within this London based role, you will be responsible for leading the relationships with key stakeholders, delivering trade and category plans for your channel.

Your responsibilities as Trade Category Executive will include:

• Channel analysis including scorecards by customer
• Execute promotions inline with the shopper agenda
• Make reccomendations on range and space
• Category analysis by customer for your channel
• Analysis of promotion and competitor activity
• Ownership of the trade calendar
• Forecasting for promotions

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:

• Previous experience in a commercial, category, trade or research role within the FMCG / consumer goods world
• Strong analytical background and knowledge of agency data will be beneficial
• Excellent relationship and presentation skills
• Degree or equivalent educated
