Field Sales Solutions works in partnership with some of the UK’s biggest brands. And it doesn’t get much bigger than Procter & Gamble – the name behind some of the nation’s best-loved household and beauty products.
We make sure that, whenever a member of public want to buy such a product, it’s our client’s brands they see first on the shelves. So, when you join us, you’ll lead a team of Regional Managers – setting a clear vision and strategy – to ensure their teams smash performance targets. Making Procter & Gamble the most visible brand in its sector.
This is a role with real gravitas – this is a large team you’ll be leading, after all. There’ll be nine Regional Managers reporting in to you, not to mention 57 Sales Development Managers and 28 Territory Development Managers. So you’ll need to be close to the business if you’re going to consistently improve field delivery. And that means being in the field yourself at least three days a week.
You’ll also have accountability for cost control and meeting budget commitments. So this is a role for a seasoned communicator of business objectives who’s consistently delivered in Key Result Areas.

We’re looking for a seasoned field sales manager with experience of leading large teams, turning around difficult performance issues and taking tough decisions when necessary. You’ll combine outstanding group and one-to-one coaching skills with a well-honed ability to negotiate and present your ideas. What’s more, you’ll have developed the ability to turn analytical data into brilliant insights, using PowerPoint, Word and Excel. And have a strong track record of proactively building internal and external relationships at all levels.
