Graduate Sales Administrator
Our client is one of the leaders in the fresh produce industry and due to continued business expansion they are looking for a Graduate Sales Administrator to join their team to assist with the smooth running of the office dealing with customers' enquiries and assisting with the administration for the Sales and Operations function.

This is a pivotal role for the business, working closely with the commercial teams and other members of the management team the main tasks of the job will include:

*Receiving customer orders in readiness for processing and entering onto the Company System and generate the relevant paperwork in readiness for dispatch.
*Checking customer credit requests and producing credit notes as necessary.
*Maintain accurate stock control records; entering all product numbers, movements and locations onto Company Systems.
*Assist the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger functions where necessary with data entry onto the Company systems.
*Create stock purchase orders numbers when requested.

Person Specification:

*Ideally knowledge and experience of fresh produce industry
*Fluency in Spanish desirable
*Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Navision)
*Ability to work accurately and quickly
*Works effectively - tackling immediate demands decisively, whilst retaining a broad awareness of emerging requirements. Demonstrates a good sense of priorities, structures workload effectively and delivers consistently good results
*Able to communicate effectively, employing tact and discretion and demonstrating a genuine desire to provide a good service
*Willingness to work as part of a flexible team providing support or cover for colleagues
*Demonstrating an understanding of the business, processes and system procedures. You will be helping mange the team, ensuring the product arrives on time to quality at the right price. You will be an accomplished negotiator, have an eye for detail and not be frightened of hard work as the business is growing rapidly.

The salary is likely to be circa £18k - £20k + benefits, but if you are worth it, and you can prove it they will go to more.
