The company: 

The company is a private-label business who are looking to appoint a NAM to join their expanding commercial team. They have a strong portfolio and a range of products that they intend to develop in the long term and continue to push through both the Retailers and the Discounters. This role will genuinely be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who wants to mould a role as and how they wish.

The Role: 

  • Responsibility of all account management tasks within the Retail channel- TBC which accounts
  • Create, implement, review and revise detailed JBP which will drive the achievement of the account full year sales and volume budgets.
  • Responsible for all elements of the process including developing existing listings, generating new business, managing product launches and implementing promotional activities to deliver the sales and volume budget.
  • Develop customer relationships and raise awareness of the organisation and brand portfolio via ongoing professional conduct
  • Proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and to take responsibility to drive them through the business.

The candidate:

  • Full profit & loss responsibility of accounts within the retail channel
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to deal at all levels and present convincing commercial propositions.
  • Some knowledge of category data, sources, cutting data, evaluating and putting forward a sales proposition.
