Project Manager – Team Lead (NPD)

Herts/London

Interim – 12 months FTC Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits

Leading a busy team within NPD Project Management function, managing risk and senior stakeholder relationships effectively whilst working across Marketing; Creative NPD and Brand to ensure that beauty products are launched in line with the brand’s vision & plan.

Resolving problems skilfully; enabling your team to achieve their goals whilst running a small number of your own projects, you must thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.

A strong, confident & experienced team manager who is able to present progress updates for your team’s NPD Projects whilst advising on the risk factors which apply.

Although Prince II would be ideal, it’s far more important to bring strong PM methodology to the role.  Beauty sector experience or toiletry products again would be ideal but FMCG product experience such as food or gifting will be considered.
