This is a rare opportunity for a strategic people manager, to join an exceptional organisation, who has a superb reputation in the market. In this role, you will develop and deliver key strategic objectives.

THE ROLE: As Head of Sales, you be responsible for managing, developing and motivating a team of Key Account Managers. You and the team will work closely with customers to build long term partnerships and maintain account margin and profitability. There is also a real emphasis on delivering the best levels of customer satisfaction and delivering mutually beneficial relationships.

THE PERSON: This role, will suit a high performing people manager, who has a demonstrable track record of managing, recruiting and developing sales talent. It would be advantageous if you could had experience managing within a service sales environment, however, strong people managers from other b2b sales sectors are also encouraged to apply.

LOCATION: The position of Head of Sales covers: National: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath, Swindon
