My client is an excellent well-established branded personal care manufacturer seeking a talented National Account Manager for Tesco due to considerable company growth. The ideal candidate will have experience selling branded personal care products in major retailers, discounters or online.

The Role:

  • Work cross-functionally internally to develop the brand and product across a key retail account
  • P&L responsibility
  • Work on joint business plans with the customer
  • Regular review of customer sales versus budget
  • Deliver the retail strategy within the defined account portfolio
  • Deliver value & volume growth by building sales & marketing initiatives
  • Maximise account profitability
  • Execute, monitor and evaluate the performance of the brand including NPD, sales activities and SKU changes

The Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience selling personal care products
  • Retailer experience is ideal across the Top 4, although discounter and online experience is welcomed
  • P&L experience
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Analytical and able to capitalise on opportunities
  • Experience driving profitable growth within an account

What’s On Offer:

£40,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Package
