This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global drinks business. They boast an enviable portfolio of wine, spirits and ciders that have won numerous industry accolades. Having built a talented commercial team in the UK over the past 18 months they have achieved great success across both the On and Off Trade. Due to their growth as a business they are now looking to recruit a talented National Account Manager for their Specialist Retail channel.
As National Account Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of accounts including M&S and Majestic. You will have full accountability for the P&L of these customers and be expected to implement effective JBPs and promotional activities. Working collaboratively with the retailers you will grow the revenue and profit - securing new branded listings for other products within your portfolio and increasing category share.
In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience managing either M&S or Majestic. It is also crucial that you have experience from within the alcoholic drinks industry. Those that have a working knowledge of both wine and spirits will be preferred – but specialists in either category are also encouraged to apply. It is important that you are highly commercial and confident in the way of P&L management. You will need to be autonomous, ambitious and dynamic with a genuine passion for the industry.
