Location - M4 corridor / West London / M25

A fantastic career development opportunity for an experienced Sales Operations / Junior Account Manager or Supply Chain / Divisional Sales Manager now looking to progress their career into Sales Operations within the Sales function as part of a market leading, dynamic and inclusive organisation.

The client is a UK Food brand leader operating within FMCG categories with a broad range of heritage consumer brands. The business has a strong reputation for investment in its brands and more importantly its people, with career development opportunities throughout the business.

Your remit will be to ensure that the Sales & Operational cycle runs smoothly with project management responsibility and day-to-day interaction with the relevant Trade Promotional Management system. You will support the wider team with Trade and Account activation and be responsible for the management of the 3rd Party Field Sales team.

Of graduate calibre and with a background in a fast paced FMCG environment, you will probably already be working in a Sales Operations / Account Manager / Supply Chain role in a branded FMCG business, or alternatively your experience to date may have been gained in a Field Marketing agency. In either case you are now ready to step up to Sales Operations Manager level.

This is a hands-on role and will require good analytical, high PC literacy, planning and organisation, presentation and communication skills. You will also need to demonstrate a truly engaging, dynamic personality and real drive.

The job role is office based at the company’s south east head office so candidates must live within a 1 hour commute, ideally close to the M4 corridor.
