About The Business: 

You'll be joining a massively ambitious, consumer product business, going on a transformation journey.  

These guys have awesome products with masses of SKU's and premium brands.  

It's your chance to work alongside the CEO & Group Sales Director, creating a new culture in this important, team building, stage of their growth.  

Did I mention you'd also be involved in acquisition?

Integration of new brands, the chance for you to be heavily involved in coaching and developing the strategy on route to market will also be given. 

 

About The Opportunity: 

You're a National Account Manager responsible for some of the most high-profile accounts in the biz! You can have had channel exposure across a variety: E-Commerce, Grocery, High Street, Discounters and DIY. 

This really is the chance to do something different and really effect change in a business which is realigning and organising their strategy.  

They will empower you to do the job you want to do without countless levels of blockers and people to have to sign this off. 

Your responsibilities are simple:

  • Grow your accounts exponentially
  • You'll have lots of NPD to get your hands on
  • You'll be a key link in creating culture
  • Work at senior level with the Board.


You have plenty of options to progress to Channel Head too, just go and ask for yourself.  

 

About You: 

You need to have FMCG experience at National Account Management level.

Most importantly of all though are these:

  • You'll need to want to make stuff happen
  • You'll want to grow a business exponentially and be rewarded by it
  • You'll want to be fully invested in, by a flexible business.
