Assistant Brand Manager

As Assistant Brand Manager, you will support a wider marketing team in developing brand strategy and ultimately delivering.  The role is full mix and spans a number of areas, responsibilities/ areas of involvement include:

• Experiential marketing
• Sponsorship and trade events
• Competitor evaluation and analysis
• Digital support
• New product development
• Product management
• Design, advertising, POS, PR, sales promotion
• Acting as the Brand custodian – look, feel, proposition, communication and range…

Successful candidates will be passionate about marketing and keen to make a difference in what can be a challenging market place.  You need to be able to shout loud to be heard and tenacious in attitude.  You will also:

• Already operate in a broad marketing role, preferably from a consumer manufacturing background, B2C
• Be able to demonstrate a broad marketing skill base
• Hold strong influencing, presentation and communication skills
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong time management ability
• Have a desire to continue to progress your career!
• Have the desire to do things differently, not following the norm and prepared to put your ideas on the table!
