Paul Nyman Consultancy are recruiting for Sales Executive within the FMCG industry based in West Yorkshire.
This business has seen consistent growth across its largest accounts through a combination of strategical planning and an upsurge in the market. They are looking to capitalise on this growth by expanding their commercial team by recruiting a Sales Executive.
Culturally this business has a reputation for growing and developing its staff whilst maintaining a close family feel.
The Sales Executive will be given autonomy and support in equal measures from day 1 and will have in their hands the ability to forge and shape the role as they grow into it. The role itself will offer a split between Account Management and Business Development and will deal with customers and stakeholders on a daily basis to grow and develop relationships.
The successful candidate would ideally be a graduate with some relevant sales/business placement year experience or an individual who can represent 1-2 years in a Sales environment. Due to the nature of the role, strong communication skills along with the ability to work cross-functionally would also be preferable.
