Region: Surrey HQ.
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + 30% bonus + Company Car or Car allowance
A £multi-million turnover non-food consumer goods supplier. This company has a strong brand identity, reinforced by powerful TV advertisement. They specialise in supplying the horticulture industry with state of the art products. Anything from seeds to garden tools to weed prevention. They do it and they need you to sell it. Their typical customers are garden centres/hardware stores/multi chain retailers.
As a Key Account Manager, you will inherit an established client base covering garden centre chains and multi chain retailers. The current account base is well established with turnover between accounts ranging from £1.5m to £5m.
As the Key Account Manager for your defined portfolio you will deliver sales targets, profit and distribution goals through the management and implementation of agreed sales activity. You will develop joint business plans with each key account that align with channel and sales strategy to develop and grow existing and new business opportunities across your portfolio.
Due to the previous KAM going into retirement after 17 years in the business, this is a perfect opportunity for someone to inherit a hot account base with great potential to grow.
The person for this Sales Representative role:
We are looking for an experienced account manager, either at Key or National account level with a background in FMCG sales. A proven ability to manage key accounts is a must. In addition, we are looking for:

- Good communicator

Generous performance based bonus on achievement of key objectives. Company car, more will be revealed subject to applying.
