My client is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager ready to take on a great new challenge within their business. They are the countries most trusted supplier of chilled ready meal and food to go products operating in both branded and private label products. Due to recent growth, they are looking to add an individual to their team to oversee their main grocery accounts.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role will entail dealing closely with the company's top customers by working directly with your team of excellent account managers to drive continued sustainable growth. My client prides itself on its open lines of communication and as such you will be in close contact with both NPD and marketing teams to deliver clear customer aimed category growth. This role is not about quick wins, it is about implementing strong JBPs to ensure long term relationships and profitability with key customers.

The successful candidate will have experience working with both branded and own label chilled or frozen products working with at least one of the top 4 grocery multiples. This is an opportunity to step up from a SNAM level, so experience managing a team of NAMs would be preferred although not essential. What is essential is the ability to build strong relationships not only with your key customers but also your wider team members.
