The Role: The new Regional Sales Manager will be working closely with the field sales team, attending meetings with them, setting targets and incentives and motivating them. The team sells into any premises with a commercial kitchen, and your role also involves managing the depot staff. For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You must have a track record of managing a field sales team
  • It is likely that you come from a commercial or FMCG sales background
  • Credible and motivational leaders are sought
