The role for Global Marketing Director:

Reporting directly to the CEO you will manage the global marketing strategy throughout the UK and Europe. You will manage a team of 14 with 8 directly, made up of marketing and creative /graphics designers. To fit with the dynamics of this friendly team you must be prepared to get involved, roll up sleeves and manage from the front with loads of team spirit as an inspirational leader. Your objective will be to drive share price, reporting weekly with the board to drive commercial strategy and transcend into an effective and powerful marketing strategy. With route to market both into retail and trade the focus for development will lie in new European opportunities with a biased presently on the trade. You will be answerable to the company's customers so will need to present sales focused reports and present regularly.
