Are you a ‘hunter’? Do you ‘knock down’ doors?

Unfortunately, I don’t have a third business development cliché. However, I am searching for Business Development Managers of all levels in the packaging industry.

My clients across the packaging industry are looking for experienced business developers, who are more than happy to walk into an FMCG organisation and win new accounts. This is not an active role but my clients always ask me ‘why can’t I find any business developers’

So here is a rundown of what you need.

  • Experience in Business Development B2B ideally into FMCG organisations
  • Selling packaging- must experience in one of the plethora of packaging materials
  • Experience dealing with Procurement directors would be very handy, but also the ability to develop relationships with all levels of the business
  • With all sales, we need people that exceed targets, do not think enough is enough and are happy to smash down doors
