Field Sales Solutions recruits a vast network of field salespeople to represent a range of FMCG brands. Join us in this high profile role, reporting to our Business Director you’ll oversee the entire Impulse field sales operation for one of the biggest FMCG brands out there – Ferrero UK.

This is a business recognised for its iconic brands, including Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, Kinder, Tic Tac and Thorntons, and the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK. So this Account Director role is truly deserving of someone of your impressive calibre.

 The role:

  • Working closely with Ferrero to agree and implement demanding but achievable KPIs
  • Leading, engaging and driving the performance of our field sales management team
  • Ensuring we achieve a positive return on investment with every call
  • Controlling costs and agreeing additional activity expenditure before it takes pace
  • Analysing results at the end of each cycle and translating them into strategic recommendations
  • Above all, developing long-term strategic partnerships with key clients

What you’ll need to do the job:

  • Field management experience either in retail sales or as a retailer
  • A background in the convenience, cash & carry or grocery categories
  • A strong understanding of the nuances of selling into each of those channels
  • Proven knowledge of commercial planning
  • The drive to make the very most of a truly enviable clients list
