Sales Manager: Gifts
Location: West Yorkshire
The Role:
An exciting Sales Manager’s role has become available with a well-established and innovative provider of gift products.
This fantastic opportunity will involve managing a team of both internal and external sales reps, as well as taking a hands on approach to managing a portfolio of national retail accounts including high street retailers, online retail, garden centre groups and department stores across the UK.
You will be responsible for motivating and guiding your sales team, ensuring they are achieving their objectives, forging strong relationships with your own clients, identifying and opening new accounts, monitoring market activity and increasing the revenue and profit across your account base.
Successful applicants will need to possess recent experience within the gifts, toys or greeting products category, as well as be experienced in managing sales teams.

Our client is a well-established and innovative provider of a wide range of gifts for adults and children. Due to consistent strong growth and recent restructure, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Manager to guide their sales team and continue this success.
Essential Requirements:
- Recent experience in selling gifts, toys or greeting products to major UK retailers.
- Experienced in managing sales teams.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Proven ability to grow and develop accounts.
- Strategic business development skills.
- Excellent communication skills with people across all levels.
- Drive and determination to succeed.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach.
- Good commercial acumen.
Package:
Basic Salary circa £40k + excellent bonus scheme, £60k OTE
