The Role: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers who have bought any of the products from the 4000+ strong product catalogue, thus there is already a relationship established and so all are warm calls.

As an outbound sales executive, you will need to display a consultative approach, selling aftercare services for their new purchases.

When joining AO.com as a Graduate Sales Executive you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of AO.com's products and services. The successful candidates will work predominantly with warm leads via customers who have recently bought a product from AO.com.

You'll work closely with the marketing division to identify and develop a strategy to source customers.

Progression : 90% of the management at AO.com started out as Sales Executives, the development at AO.com can be rapid for individuals who apply themselves in the right way and aspire to move into supervisory and sales management roles.

Training: On day one you will enter a 6-week trainee sales academy that will provide you with an outstanding foundation to the business and continual mentoring will be provided into your first 12 months. This program will ensure you have the knowledge, ability and confidence to become highly successful and continue to develop your own career within AO.com.

Sales Executives that work for AO.com are encouraged to adopt a consultative sales approach at all times which is why they offer ISMM approved (Institute of Sales & Marking Management) sales training to ensure that their executives are equipped to be the very best sales professionals in the market.

The Package

 

 

  • £20-£22,000 basic salary
  • £42,000 OTE uncapped.
