My client are revolutionaries who have a new premium concept entering the market! They specialise in making premium quality food/drink products. Growing from 100k in 2015 to set to turnover +£1m by the end of 2017. Stocked in premium FMCG retailers across the UK, with exciting prospects in the pipeline, they are now in search of an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to join their young and innovative team!

Reporting directly into the Founder, you will be creating an overarching sales strategy and delegating accounts effectively. You will manage a Junior Sales Manager and Concession Manager as well be responsible for creating a Brand Ambassador Scheme for national stores. You will be proactive in thinking about a unique route to market and have an input into future products.

To be successful in this role you will be degree educated with 3+ years FMCG premium sales experience. You will understand how to work with a challenger brand in the food and drink industry and have a hunger to work in a fast-paced innovative environment with the energy and charisma to match it.

As Senior Sales Manager, you will be a fundamental part of the future of this start-up.
