Salary - 60000- 75000 basic + company car + benefits

I am currently hiring for a Sales Director position with a market leading commercial kitchens and refrigeration supplier. The business, established in the UK for over 20 years, are involved in the design, supply and installation of high performance kitchen, bar, refrigeration and ventilation equipment to some of the biggest restaurant/bar/hotel groups on the high street. This position has come as a result of the company's significant growth over the last 5 years where they have experienced a 20% YOY increase.

The role of sales director will involve the day to day management of a team Business Development Manager based around the UK. You will have full P&L responsibility over existing business and will be expected to be proactive in the sourcing of the new business to help maintain and increase company growth and bottom line profit.

The successful candidate for this role will ideally come with extensive knowledge of the Commercial Kitchens/Refrigeration or Ventilation industry and will have previous experience of managing a field based sales team focused on new business development. You must be highly commercial aware with a thorough understanding of profit and loss alongside the tenacity and ambition to maintain a consistent drive on new business development. The position is best suited to those based in the midlands but there can easily be flexibility around this.

The basic salary, dependent on experience will range from 60000 - 75000 along with a lucrative company car, commission structure and pension.
