An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing drinks business as a Sales Operations Manager. Managing a large team of sale operators.

Client Details

My Client is a rapidly growing wine, spirits and craft beer distributor selling into UK restaurants, hotel pubs and caters. Established in the 1980s with a Head office based in North London. Great organisation which has won a number of awards.

Description



The Sales operations manager will be responsible for leading the sales back office support across all On Trade Channels. You will manage all aspects of operational development and support including sales analytics, channel planning, pipeline management, sales administration and customer engagement. The sales operations manager will be responsible for the day to day management and development of the sales operations team.
  • Building a framework to drive performance accountability across all Trade Channels
  • Support and drive the development and implementation of strategic sales channel plans and initiative
  • Drive territory planning in partnership with the Sales Leadership team to identify opportunities and increase penetration across New Business and Current Customer base
  • Develop a reporting suite to track performance and opportunity to Account Manager level
  • Ownership and implementation of On-Boarding process for new customers
  • Ownership of Customer Engagement surveys, analysis and recommendations/solutions
  • Relationship management with remote operational departments

  • Sales operation management experience
  • Similar role with a drinks company would be an advantage
  • Man management experience is essential 
  • Ability to assimilate data and present proposed solutions
  • Leadership and management of the Sales Operations Team
  • Ability to execute and follow through on all assigned projects
