Location: Basingstoke

The Role:
  • We are looking to recruit a brand-new team of Telemarketing Executives to join our internal telemarketing sales team in Basingstoke
  • Our telesales team is office based and work through a populated CRM system on various marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Your outbound calls will be targeted to make contact with decision makers and understand the needs of their business in regards to beverage equipment and office coffee solutions and then ideally book an appointment for a Field Based Sales rep to attend
  • Our telemarketing executives build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to create a sales pipeline for their postcode area and map out larger customers identifying multiple sites
  • Working to KPI’s and targets the Telesales Team also supports the marketing team in activity relating to customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
The Applicant:
  • We are looking for Telemarketing / Telesales professionals who have a proven track record in a similar environment, preferable in a B2B service led role
  • Experience of working with CRM systems, preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
