My client an innovative Leisure and Sport company are looking for an ambitious and hungry Regional Account Manager to join their rapidly growing business.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established and heavily funded bicycle sharing company now looking to establish operations in Oxford after a successful launch in a number of other UK cities. After vast and rapid success across Asia and vast investment they are looking to continue their rapid growth. With an operations team already in place and an ambitious Sales Director the successful candidate will receive excellent training and support.

An innovative and first-mover venture combining state of the art technology with traditional transport forms, this company is set to capitalise on the sharing economy boom helping customers to navigate through busy city centres with minimal costs and operational ease.

The client are looking for an ambitious candidate who wants to develop a career and join an exciting, vibrant business.

Description

The role will require the Regional Account Manager - Sport to drive forward non-technical growth projects by identifying, prioritising, and executing projects with support from the broader growth analytics and engineering team.

- Pitch and presenting to Colleges and Universities to get them to promote my client's product

- Manage relationships with existing and new business

- Work with stakeholders to identify and scope new aims and objectives for growth projects based on user behaviour and industry or marketing trends

- Plan, manage and execute multiple initiatives for business growth

- Work effectively creating new business accounts and maintaining these relationships

- Propose, develop, execute and evaluate success of growth initiatives based on targets

- Take initiatives from quick initial test evaluation through to scaling across entire customer base

- Coordinate activities to support the execution of product-focused aspects of initiatives

- Work with a client base across Oxford.

Profile

Regional Account Manager - Sport:

- A candidate with 1 / 2 years face to face sales experience

- Structured, detail-oriented person, comfortable with ambiguity and working across organisational lines

- Confident face to face and happy to pitch and present to various stakeholders

- Outgoing, relationship builder able to engage with potential new clients and stake holders

- A good analytical, data-driven mind set - able to go from idea to well-constructed experiment design with clear measures of success, and a clear understanding of the risks, biases and complications of any given experiment

- Demonstrated ability to understand the drivers of customer behaviour

- Excellent customer relationship skills

- An active interest in sport and health eating / behaviour

- Ambitious and hungry to exceed and progress

- A good knowledge of Oxford and the colleges / Universities (Preferred)

Job Offer

Regional Account Manager - Sport:

£23,000 - £27,000 basic salary

£5,000 OTE
