UK Sales Director

This is an exciting time to join this fast growing and ambitious drinks business. As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their commercial strategy and driving their revenue and profit.

THE ROLE: This is a strategic Sales Director role, where you will be required to make operational, financial and commercial decisions. A pivotal ingredient to be successful in this role, will be your ability to identify, recruit and build a high performing team. Target customers will include both on and off trade outlets throughout the UK and Europe. Travel will be an essential requirement in this role.

THE PERSON: To succeed in this business, you will need strong commercial acumen, a true drive for success and the ability to think innovatively. You will also require the ability to create a commercial plan and understand the resources and financial support required to execute it effectively. Previous experience in the drinks trade is essential.

THE PACKAGE FOR UK SALES DIRECTOR:

• Basic: £60,000 - £90,000
• Bonus: Excellent Bonus

LOCATION: The position of UK Sales Director covers: National: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester
