The company:

Based in the South East/ London, my Branded FMCG client is well known in their field and experiencing a large amount of growth, not just in the UK but globally, which has been consistent over a number of years. They have created a new role for a head of digital and gaming to create a vision for digital marketing and the company’s gaming program. 

The role:

  •  Translating a vision for online marketing into a coherent digital marketing and gaming strategy  
  • Developing and executing integrated online strategy with wider company marketing plans 
  • Leading and managing digital marketing and gaming team 
  • Understanding analytics and measuring ROI 
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments 
  • Ensure that the current platform and developments can support the roadmap for current and future digital performance objectives 

The successful candidate:

  • Strong digital marketing experience ideally within a high-growth company and/or agency 
  • Digital channel and optimisation expert (both in channel and onsite) 
  • Experience in managing an in-house digital marketing team 
  • Highly analytical and comfortable with in-depth analysis and testing strategies 
  • Leadership and project management experience, with clear evidence of successfully delivering to agreed timescales and scope through a collaborative approach
