Category Manager Lead Role, North West, £50000 to £55000 (dependant on experience) + Car allowance

Your new company
A leading food manufacturing company who prides itself on innovation whilst providing the best quality products for their customers. With a state of the art head office based in the North West of England, this company is now expanding and is looking for a new Category Manager to join an enthusiastic and customer focused team.

Your new role
You'll lead the category team for the relevant channel to create category management service within certain customers and deliver business targets whilst increasing sales. Working with other category leads, you'll manage insight lead customer initiatives to help develop the business and build category relationships to help produce opportunities. You'll plan and lead range updates and reviews, and also sign off LAM reports, rate of sale bench marking and new products.

What you'll need to succeed
With your highly analytical mind you'll have the ability to translate into insight and have FMCG and category management experience. You will have excellent influencing skills and be a great communicator. Your previous experience of line and team management will help you succeed in this role.
