If you are mad about whisky, then I have a role just for you. My client is looking for a Brand Manager to look after an impressive whisky portfolio for one of the most successful independent drinks distributors in the UK.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the 5 whisky brands in the portfolio. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing the brand plans, budget management, activation planning, launching any NPD and liaising with external agencies. You will have an Assistant Brand Manager reporting into you who will lead marketing for one of the brands in your portfolio.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ Brand Manager experience in the drinks industry, with a strong knowledge of the UK drinks on-trade. It is essential that you have experience working for an FMCG company, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is an extremely hands on role so it is important that you bring a positive and proactive attitude. You will preferably have spirits or cocktail knowledge and will be bubbly and outgoing with the desire to gain people management.
