The Company:

A respected market leader within the floorcoverings sector, with a great reputation for developing new innovative products are looking to strengthen their team with the key appointment of a National Sales Manager.

Job Description:

Looking for a National Sales Manager who will be tasked with man management of an external sales team as well as a group of internal professionals, monitoring sales figures and performance of the team. You will provide a high standard of training for the sales team and observe their performance out on the road. Along with your man management duties you will be involved in developing strategic sales plans, marketing plans, developing new product lines and advising on forecasting for individual customers. You will monitor market and competitor trends and adjust the direction of accounts accordingly.

The Person:

As National Sales Manager you will have previous man management experience and have been in charge of a team of sales professionals. You will also have a background of account management, developing new products within the Building & Construction sector and knowledge of floorcoverings would be highly advantageous. This role would an established Sales Manager who is looking to progress their career with a forward thinking organisation.

The Benefits:

As National Sales Manager you can expect to enjoy a basic of circa £60,000 + car + comprehensive benefits package.
