An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of Europe’s leading coffee solutions experts. They offer a complete range of coffee products and machines for both the everyday consumer and business customers. The company are steeped in tradition having been in the industry for a number of decades and are known for their high-quality products and ethical philosophy. With a growing UK based sales division they now need a talented Business Development Manager to develop new business in London and the South East.

As Business Development Manager your primary responsibility will be to develop new accounts within the Foodservice Wholesale and HoReCa channels. This will include a range of customers including Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes and Contract Caterers. You will also inherit an existing portfolio of accounts made up of independents and smaller groups. Implementing effective joint business plans and promotions will also form a key part of this role.

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience selling into the Foodservice or HoReCa channel. Those with experience within the coffee industry will be preferred but candidates from other food or drink backgrounds will also be considered. The business requires a passionate and energetic individual with the will to succeed in a very competitive marketplace. You will have excellent negotiation and influencing skills coupled with high attention to detail.
